On July 8, 1947, a press release was issued by General William Blanchard the Commander of the 509th Bomb Group at Roswell Air Field in New Mexico, USA. The press release issued by Blanchard announced that a "crashed disk" (UFO) had been recovered. Blanchard later went on to become a four-star general and Vice Chief of Staff of the United States Air Force. The military's official denial which claimed that what Blanchard and his men misidentified as a crashed UFO was nothing other than a weather balloon strains credibility beyond limits.
This incident and other sightings, government pursuits of UFOs, the Air Force Project Blue Book, and many defectors from the government's side of the whole UFO phenomenon triggered many books, UFO investigatory organizations and several expert investigators including Budd Hopkins, Dr. John Mack from Harvard, and finally Raymond E. Fowler. Fowler has written six books including UFOs: Interplanetary Visitors, Casebook of a UFO Investigator, The Andreasson Affair, The Andreasson Affair, Phase Two, The Watchers: The Secret Design Behind UFO Abduction, and The Allagash Abductions.
I spoke with Fowler on May 5th, 1994 and a week later on May 12th, 1994.
Richard: O.K., The Watchers.......Is that your most comprehesive book, would you say???
Fowler: Ahhhhh, No, I would say .....
Richard: I know......I know you published with a publisher company out of Oregon recently......I tried to send them my own book You see, I wrote a 1500 page book on reincarnation ......
Fowler: The Watchers is ahhh part of a series of books. The Andreasson Affair, The Andreasson Affair: Phase Two, and The Watchers are a trilogy that is, ahhh .....
Richard: About Betty Andreasson .......
Fowler: Probably, I spent more time on that case, then there is The Allagash Abductions, which is a case of UFO abductions, as well.
Richard: The Allagash abductions......Well, what could you tell me about the Allagash abductions???
Fowler: It is about four persons who were out on the Allagash waterway. They built a big bonfire so they could find their way back to camp. They headed back for their canoe and started to paddle for the bonfire, and the next thing they knew, they were back at shore, and the bonfire was out..... They felt they had paddled for it.....They had missing time. Later on, one of the twin's doctors heard the story and referred them to me for investigation. Over a year, we investigated, ahhh....and all of the four, under hypnosis relived them taken out of their canoe, they collected sperm, ahhh, sperm was taken, and they were put back in the canoe. And under further investigation it showed that these things had happened to them since infancy .........
Richard: They had the, uhhhh They had had these abductions since infancy?????
Fowler: Since five or six years old.....This was as far as we could trace back. So it looks as if the twins, ahhh, the twins had been involved with this for many years and over the years the UFOs had appeared to them, but they thought that there were ghosts. There were physical effects on the body, ahhhh, on the bodies of the twins as well ........
Richard: In 1984 1 was put under hypnosis by a psychologist and, ahhh, he took down in a twenty-floor elevator and when I looked out when the doors of the elevator opened, there was a being standing behind me holding my hand. He was standing next to me, actually. He was holding my hand and I looked out over an entire control room of a Starship.....And,.....ahhh....ahhhhh...there were computers all around next to...ahhhh, near.....underneath the windows. The whole ship was windowed all around, in a circular formation. And there were four beings .... Big-headed, ahhh, lanky, ahhhh, grey-skinned beings standing at the conrols and, ahhhh, I suddenly woke up from the hypnosis .... ....I was too shocked .... The psychologists didn't believe me .....
Fowler: Uhhh. A lot of them wouldn't unless they had some knowledge of the UFO abduction phenomenon.....But, uhhhh, this interview....What did you want to ask me 'cause I've got to get back to what I was doing......
Richard: As far as The Watchers is concerned....ahhhh...You only know what you know from hypnosis.....
Fowler: No, that's not true. If you read The Andreasson Affair there were, ahhh, people seen....Before, ahhh, Betty actually left the house, ahhh, there were beings seen entering the house....
Richard: There were what????
Fowler: If you go back to the Andreasson Affair the original investigation we did involving her adult abductions in 1967, ahhhh, after the power blackout of the house.....her daughter, herself, and her father saw the aliens come to the house....enter the house...Sooo there were portions of the.....Andreasson affair......The Watchers is actually the Andreasson affair phase 3.....
Richard: What would you say from your knowledge???? Would you say that these psychiatrists and psychologists that do this kind of work..ahhhhh .... Would you say that they're, ahhh, a little out of reality when they're talking about something from another dimension ahhhh...rather than....ahhh, real physical beings????
Fowler: No, I wouldn't.....No, I wouldn't, because....ahhhh...Way back in the fifties, it was realized by our government and others that were involved with the UFO project that the UFOs behaved as if they had no mass. They could disappear .... literally disappear out of this space/time continuum and then pop up in a different portion of the sky on radar/visual sightings. In other words, they were going from points A to B visually. They would sort of disappear at point A and come out at point B. The aliens themselves, if you accept, at face value, what they can do, are able to pass through walls ... ahhh .... windows....so forth .... So there seems to be a paraphysical reality about the whole phenomenon.....It's really very hard to explain, ahhhh.....
Richard: It's really not hard to explain at all .... You see, we, in our own physical form.....ahhh......we bounce.......everything is synchronous....Every atom is synchronous with our own atoms.....If you take us out of that synchronicity, we can slip through an atom, if that synchronicity is no longer there.
Fowler: This is all theoretical, ahh, we can't do this. They can do this ......
Richard: WeIl they're able to..ahh....I would call it transmogri.....transmogrification where they're able to put the atoms out of synch with the rest of our atoms, so they're able to pass through the rest of our atoms......
Fowler: That's Molecular Displacement.
Richard: Yes
Fowler: They're able to do this, to coexist in another dimension and then materialize in this dimension. Probably in that other dimension, they are not subject to the same physical laws that we are subject to.....And to do things, as far as space travel, that we could only dream about right now.
And that was the end of the first interview session. Next I called him and asked him about the recent movie release Fire in the Sky to determine if the torture of the victim of abduction in the movie, Travis Walton, a logger, was real or not. Fowler said unequivocally "No." That the only truth to the movie was the abduction, the fear of Travis buddies, the police allegation that one of Travis' buddies murdered him, the search for a body while Walton was aboard a Starship, the struggle in the Starship with first lizard-bug-like beings and then large humans. When they signed the movie contract, they had to sign all of their rights to the story away to the movie company. In order to make the movie exciting, they portrayed Walton as cowering under a table twice and showed what looked to be a dentist's drill being brandished at Walton's eye. These things were added to the real story by the movie company. What Walton could remember, wasn't enough for a full length feature. In the real story, the aliens were only trying to contain him after he had been taken aboard their ship.
I then asked Fowler if he had watched the television documentary show Sightings. I then told him about a very terrified young man interviewed on the show who said that they had opened up his back when he had been abducted. Fowler stated that these kinds of things do happen to abductees, but that the beings put them under a unique form of anesthesia the aliens use where they join their minds with the abductee and black them out.
In The Watchers a woman has her pregnancy taken out of her womb by the aliens in front of Betty Andreasson as she watches. I asked Fowler if this was true and wasn't that incredibly cruel and stressful to the females involved. Fowler stated that they use anesthetics and that the women are unharmed. I didn't quite buy this.
We talked about the nasal implants found in the female victim of the television movie Intruders Fowler stated that the implants have been found, removed, and sent to M.I.T., the top engineering university in the world, for analysis, but the analyses have not born fruit simply because our technology is so primitive that our top scientists can't even speculate on what signal is being transmitted by these tiny implants {My comment: "Is this the truth from Fowler, or is he part of the government coverup???"}. With the legs straight on the floor, the initial fifty to sixty degrees of flexion occurs at the lumbar region of the spine. With the knees bent, the forced flexion of the trunk is minimal, and most of the movement is flexion at the hip.
I then asked him if the Eduard Meier photographs from Switzerland were a hoax perpetrated by the wily Meier on the press. Fowler stated that the author of the book still believes there may be some truth to Meier's allegations, but that Fowler believes the whole thing to be a very clever hoax to get Meier some notoriety for himself.
I then told Fowler to please speak up because my tape machine wasn't picking up well on his voice. He suddenly got very defensive, but eventually tried to laugh off his worry about my taping him for this interview.
Book upon book upon book has been coming out for many, many years. I asked him if anything new is being said by the new books as far as explaining perhaps technological secrets the aliens may have revealed.
Fowler answered that, in his most recent book about the twins, the aliens have been very concerned that the sperm count in American males has gone down 50% taken from a major study done in the United States. The aliens are afraid for us and worry about whether we are making ourselves sterile. They also are trying to preserve our multiple species by abducting us and taking pregnancies, sperm, eggs, and fertilizing women. Betty Andreasson and the woman in Intruders were both impregnated by aliens. Betty had to have an abortion because she had become cancerous. The woman in Intruders had her pregnancy stolen. This was confirmed by the medical records, of her family doctor.
"Why don't they land??!?" I then began to tell him about the Belleville, Wisconsin landing pad, a few miles from Madison, the citizens had built at what they call the UFO capital of the world. Fowler began to tell me how there might be a mass panic, how our government had been shooting at them, and began to talk about the subconscious and the possibility that the aliens are caught in another dimension. Most of this didn't make any sense to me because for the most part, and Fowler validated this, the books are out, 60% of the public knows what to expect, and, as Fowler stated earlier, our technology is still far behind their own.
Then I went to ancient legends about fairies, dwarves, trolls, wizards, druid priests, etc. Fowler then described the multidimensional nature of many legends. I mentioned that the aliens had shown that they could miniaturize themselves and their starships using powerful magnetisms produced by their ships which could possibly be how the fairy humans were made small, as they walked through the grass playing musics unknown to man then.
"Do you believe that they have been tending our planet throughout our history and using their technology to create these marvelous fairy tales with wizards and Druids......"
"No I do not."
He believes that the legends have been handed down from generation to generation and that there may be many distortions the story tellers put into their tales to interest their listeners.
He also mentioned the multidimensional possibilities, but basically thought them to be fairy tales. Then I asked him how many people have actually been abducted. He said the government believes that one in every fifty people has been abducted.
We discussed the fact that most people, if you mention your own experience, express disbelief in the things that they themselves have not experienced and the fact that man has always feared the unknown. He also mentioned that CBS 48 hours had a show a few weeks ago about UFOs, abductions, and government concealment of what they know.
Finally, I told Fowler how disappointed I was in the ending of the movie Fire in the Sky and how they left the public with the message to go on with their lives and forget about these things ever going on...
There is a belief amongst Buddhists that there is an Iron Wall around the planet earth. Why it is there or whether or not the incorporeal is at all involved is not presently known. I would assume that the incorporeal only lets those things go on which it endorses.
