General Douglas MacArthur was a five-star general who was born in Little Rock, Arkansas and was removed from command in April of 1951 after being commander of the UN forces and getting himself involved in a policy dispute during the Korean War.
My father, William Wooster Tolley, was a first Lieutenant on a Fletcher destroyer in the Southwest Pacific under general MacArthur during World War II. My father's fleet got the strictest orders from general MacArthur's desk to head directly through a hurricane and not to turn back.
My fathers fleet lost three destroyers, one Fletcher and two others, before turning around and heading out of it with great diligence and much relief. General MacArthur was responsible for the 1000 lives lost during that hurricane. I almost wasn't given birth and my parents almost weren't married. But I wouldn't have been given birth if general MacArthur hadn't given the order. There are always two ways of looking at anything that has happened. A cure would be nice, but when???

Marilyn Monroe was killed first. The Kennedys were apparently sexually involved with Marilyn. I have heard that she was going to have a press conference the next morning.
Martin was killed next and James Earl Ray, a simple drifter, was set up to take the fall. He escaped mysteriously to Canada and then to Europe where he was caught, but nothing ever came from it. Was he under threat for his life??
Robert was killed while running against Nixon for the Presidency after Lyndon Johnson fell. Sirhan Sirhan, I believe, was a psychopathic killer, who's psychopathy was induced chemically by the C.I.A. Kennedy's Secret Service Agents, his bodyguards, didn't lift a finger when Sirhan Sirhan, the psychopathic murderer, lunged at Robert and was let close enough to get a bullet into his neck. Did Kennedy die there?? I am not sure if Robert was even killed directly by Sirhan Sirhan's bullets.
Before John Fitzgerald Kennedy's election for President, the C.I.A. was working to cause an uprising in China against Mao Tse Tung. This Tibetan uprising occurred in 1959, before Kennedy was elected under the guidance of this Texas Man and just before Mao's Great Leap Forward. Mao's Program failed, the C.I.A.'s plans to work against economic betterment in China succeeded. In China Liu Shao-Ch'i took control, but only after the C.I.A.s Tibetan plot to confound Mao succeeded. In 1966, Mao directed the Cultural Revolution, and in the 1970s consolidated his position as China's most powerful figure.
In the early 60s, the C.I.A was working against President Sukarno's attempt to mend economic ties with China just before the success of Mao's Cultural Revolution from 1966 until President Johnson was retired from office and with Nixon for the United States, the C.I.A. made a desperate attempt to mend relations with China after the favorable to China stance of Sukarno and Sukarno himself were disposed of by the C.I.A.
In 1966, he was removed from the presidency and remained under house arrest for 4 years until his death. The Cultural Revolution in China has grown now and China's economy now is growing 20 times faster than the economy of the Soviet Union! Did Kennedy, after the Bay of Pigs Invasion, see this as a major blunder of the C.I.A., just as the Bay of Pigs Invasion in 1961?? Was there a clash of wills that led to their disposal?? Were Marilyn Monroe, and the Kennedies about to release something?
